We highly recommend Bob Turner Plumbing. Today our plumber Nate Kilpatrick came out to assess three plumbing problems we had. He diagnosed the issues, left to get supplies and came back in less than half an hour. He installed a new kitchen sink faucet, replaced parts on our toilet, and brought our corroded and leaking laundry plumbing up to code, all within four hours. He educated us on how to maintain everything and was very courteous and professional. We will definitely be calling this company for all our future plumbing needs!

Bob was an enjoy to be with he helped me tremendously. My sink is unplugged. This is a great company to deal with and very thankful!!! I will be doing business with them again.

Nathan is a great plumber. He came to our house and did his best to communicate with my family. He was efficient and super patient. Overall, he gets things done and left a clean space. We recommend this plumbing service to anyone within the Metro Detroit area.

If I could give a zero star, I would! This company, represented by the owner with the worst customer service I’ve ever seen, came out to my home in West Bloomfield charged me hundreds of dollars to snake out my drain and then came back a couple weeks later when the disposal wasn’t working and wanted to charge me another $49 for the visit and $550 for a new garbage disposal! The owner has the worst customer service ever! stay away from them!

My business partner and I used this company and unfortunately we were left with an unfinished job. My partner Djon dealt with Mr. Turner however, we have a signed contract with items not finished. First, he said he would video record the pipe and send to us but at first did not do so. We had to call and fight for it. He than in his contract stated he would “to replace main sewer line from front porch to city sidewalk.” He did not complete this which you can see in the video as well as visually outside from where it was dug. We paid this gentleman in full and are left without a completed job. All we ask for from this company is to come and finish what we paid for according to your contract that is signed.

Bob came out to the office and was able to resolve our plumbing issues very quickly. I appreciate the way he is able to explain what is wrong in a way this is easy to understand. Thank you for being so professional and honest! Hard qualities to find these days.

I called Bob for help with some pipes under my sink. He was able to accommodate my scheduling needs and come out same day! He was professional and timely. I highly recommend him.

Used mr turner for a home in grosse point. He is not a professional man. He didn’t finish the job. When I called him to ask him to come finish after paying in full. He was angry swearing yelling. Was supposed to do a video inspection. Never came. After I did this rivière he did the video inspection which was it e the contract, but still didn’t. Finish the pipe which is in the contract that is supposed to be to the sidewalk. You can see it it in the ground he Doug and in the video he took. I want him to come come finish his job he has in his contract. He was paid in full. If he doesn’t I will take him to court
